1. Delivery Time Breakdown

 

Total delivery time is calculated by combining the Handling Time (making the item) and the Transit Time (shipping).

We use only one premium service for domestic orders to ensure reliability and tracking.

  • Tracking: You will receive a dispatch email that includes your Royal Mail tracking number.

  • Delivery Aim: While Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 the next working day, this is an aim, not a guarantee.

  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping on all orders over £50.00.

 

3. International Shipping

 

We offer shipping to select international destinations via Royal Mail International services.

  • Shipping Cost: A flat rate of £9.99 is charged at checkout.

  • Transit Time Aim: Royal Mail International services typically aim for 5–7 Working Days delivery worldwide, but this is not guaranteed and can be delayed by customs.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes (CRITICAL): The customer is fully responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or charges applied by their country’s customs office. These charges are not included in your product or shipping price and cannot be refunded by MrAlexSir Makes Stuff.

 

4. Shipping Address Responsibility

 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
